Refund policy

All artworks are produced on demand and made specifically for each order. Accordingly, where applicable under consumer protection law, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@stefaniamonaco.art

Please include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to request the return of the item in certain cases.

Minor variations in color, brightness, cropping, texture, and material characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. If you wish to raise a dispute, you may also do so directly through the PayPal Resolution Centre at www.paypal.com/disputes
