All artworks are produced to order through a professional print lab using museum-quality printing standards and archival-grade materials.

Shipping Policy

We ship to selected international destinations, as displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination, size, and format and are shown prior to purchase.

Production time is approximately 8–15 business days before dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions.

After your order is shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order is placed, you have a two-hour window to cancel it before production starts. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. 

Returns & Refunds

All artworks are produced on demand and made specifically for each order. Accordingly, where applicable under consumer protection law, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Please include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to request the return of the item in certain cases.

Minor variations in color, brightness, cropping, texture, and material characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. If you wish to raise a dispute, you may also do so directly through the PayPal Resolution Centre at www.paypal.com/disputes

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, print processes, and materials.

Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Professional Hanging Systems

Selected artworks are delivered with a pre-installed hanging system. Depending on the product, size, and configuration, this may include aluminum hanging rails or other mounting hardware.
